For over ten years, Chris Thompson has established a solid reputation as a reliable source of HRMS and payroll product knowledge. He has demonstrated a strong commitment to provide quality service to the end users of these products, believing a reputation for honesty and reliability is the recipe for success. Based in Alaska he is aware of the challenges our large state poses. Others may seek to profit by cutting corners, or recommending unnecessary services or products to their clients. Chris believes a sound reputation and outstanding service wins in the long run. By being trustworthy, Chris believes he will enjoy a long term profitable business serving the community.Growing up in northern Idaho, he took an active role in the family business at age 10. Over the years he developed the knowledge and understanding of running a successful business, using these early skills.

A long-term emphasis in decision-support systems has characterized Chris' career. A strong performer with Kronos, he was asked to open an Alaska office for Kronos in 2000.
In this new role, Chris connected many key Alaska firms with Kronos' award winning HRMS, Payroll and Time & Labor solutions. Providence Health System, ANTHC, Southcentral Foundation, YKHC, Allen Marine, and Anchorage Daily News are just a few examples of these firms.
He helped start the local American Payroll Association Chapter serving for years as a board member. He also participates in the Society for Human Resource Managers (SHRM). An active Rotarian, he chairs his clubs' International Service Committee.
